What does equality and diversity mean to our cultures ?

Equality and diversity in the workplace mean a lot of things. They're about respecting your staff for their individual age, gender, race, cultural background, career experience, skills, beliefs (religious and philosophical), sexual orientation, and more. Now within the care profession there is a lot of people that have limited knowledge around equality within different cultures.

We know that relatives want the best for their loved ones but this can be challenging at times for them, yet there are others that will endeavour to ensure their loved ones are well looked after, our aim is to address those area of within society in order to improve the quality of life that some people struggles with, Our aim is to education, provide knowledge and further their skill set to adapt to ever changes challenges within mental health.
